Cosy but unhelpful service
It was my first visit in Berlin, and I got a room at Austriana Pension Hotel Berlin and I was discontent by it!! I absolutely won't forget this hotel. They keep the bathroom ultra unclean, I disapproved of how the lobby was disappointing, and also the room service staff were unfit! - I disfavored everything about this place. The air conditioning was malfunctioning when I was spending a night there. The people in this place were inefficient. I dislike that they accept pets inside, it's very crummy. I cannot advise this place!!!

This hotel is fabulous!! As I was arriving I felt it's gonna be a fun stay. The suites were totally cozy. I was quite satisfied with the entire place: I pretty liked how huge the lobby was, the employees in the room service were pleasant, and they keep the toilet shiny clean. I appreciate that they allow pets in, it's exceptionally awesome. It is truly what I need of a place like this. A couple of colleagues and me checked into Austriana Pension Hotel Berlin a week ago, and I totally had a fine stay. I was terribly amazed with it there! The odors in the bathroom were top notch, I exceptionally dug the front desk - it was sublime, and also I completely appreciated the way extravagant the downstairs lobby was. I was dazzled my suites. I dig that they allow pets inside, it's terribly smashing. Oh, you know what else, people there are legendary. It's just what I expect from such a hotel. Won't ever return to Austriana Pension Hotel Berlin!!

Not worthwhile
If you ask me, this hotel is disappointing. I don't think I'll forget it here. It was truly inconvenient to get from the hotel to the airport. The room service was impolite, and I was nauseated with how dirty the bed was, I very disfavored every aspect of this place. The heating was inoperative when we were sleeping there. I didn't wanna stay.

had a magnificent time in this joint. I enjoyed the whole place: the lobby was large, and the toilet was absolutely clean. It's truly easy to get from there to the airport. I very adored my suite.
